1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Adhya Enterprises services, submitting project requirements, or approving quotations through our customer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotation & Milestone Commitments
Quotations issued through the portal represent binding commercial specifications upon customer approval. Projects progress based on agreed milestone schedules. Milestone completion requires written or portal-based customer sign-off.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon final invoice settlement and project completion, full repository source code and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client.
