Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Milestone-Based Commercial Model
Adhya Enterprises operates on structured, stage-by-stage milestone payments. Payments made towards completed and signed-off milestones are non-refundable as engineering labor and code deliverables have already been rendered.
2. Project Cancellation
In the event of a project cancellation prior to milestone completion, the customer will only be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance balance beyond completed deliverables will be refunded within 14 business days.
