1. Positioning Statement

Adhya Enterprises is a software engineering and technology consulting company. We assist businesses in selecting, onboarding, integrating, and maintaining authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, UPI). We do not claim to be a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or licensed payment aggregator.

2. Invoicing & GST Compliance

All invoices issued contain official GST breakdowns (CGST + SGST or IGST) where applicable. Invoice payments can be processed online via our Customer Portal using integrated payment gateways or direct verified wire transfers.
